Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fann Scrubs (operated by New Global Trade, Inc.). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All our scrubs are crafted with care, and because we offer free personalized embroidery services for our customers, orders require extra attention.

Non-embroidered items are processed within 1–2 business days.

Items with custom embroidery require 3–5 business days for production and processing before shipment.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship our premium products directly from our manufacturing facilities to your doorstep in the United States using a premium express courier service to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
We offer a single, streamlined shipping option for all orders:

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–9 business days

Shipping Cost: Free Shipping from 2-sets / or $100
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package via our international carrier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS).
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, shipments valued under $800 are generally exempt from import duties and taxes (under Section 321 de minimis).

Fann Scrubs / New Global Trade, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@fannscrubs.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and provide us with your order number for quick assistance.
