Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
• Request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Item is in original condition, with all tags attached
• Original packaging is intact
Any item that shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or odor will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized or altered products
• Clearance or discounted items
• Items damaged due to improper use or care
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Your request must include:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos of the item (if requested)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
8. Final Decision
FANN Scrubs reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests.
