REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Fann Scrubs (operated by New Global Trade, Inc.). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because we provide specialized services, please read our return policy carefully.
1. Custom & Embroidered Items (Final Sale)
All products that include custom embroidery (names, titles, logos, or any personalized text) are made specifically for you.
Embroidered items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer error. Please double-check your sizing and spelling carefully before placing an order.
2. Non-Embroidered Items (Standard Returns)
For items without any embroidery or customization, we offer a [30]-day return policy. You have [30] days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong size shipped, spelling error on our part, or a manufacturing defect), please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@fannscrubs.com.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you, even for embroidered items.
4. Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-customized items), customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [7-10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
